Learning Objectives:
1—To understand the need for a multi-targeted strategy in treating glioblastoma.
2—To appreciate the ability of Diacylglycerol kinase alpha inhibition to attack glioblastoma and other cancers at multiple levels.
3—To understand the potential of immunotherapy targeting the cancer blood vessels and the conjugate strategy used by the Purow lab to harness natural killer cells.
