Benefits

Benefits@UVA is a new, self-service tool for academic employees where you can make benefit related changes to plans such as health insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts and the tax deferred savings plan.  All changes for open enrollment must be submitted using Benefits@UVA.

Effort Reporting

Time and Effort Certification is a federal requirement, promulgated though 2 CFR Part 220 (as codified from the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-21) and Section J.10 of OMB Circular A-21.  Please see Effort Reporting References..

Personnel Management

Workday  is UVA’s Human Resources technology system used to manage all HR activities.

Account Reconciliation

Reconciliations of all University projects and awards are required to maintain the integrity of the University’s accounting records and to protect the interests of the University. These reconciliations are essential for an effective internal control environment.  Please see Recon UVA

OnCore

CRConnect

Clinical Research Connect is a hub to help you get organized for the study start-up, with instructions and steps of what’s needed, and which systems are involved. CRConnect provides opportunities to collaborate within the study team, where everyone will know where steps are and have access to the most updated information. ResearchUVA Powered by Huron (RPBH)

RPBH’s Grants module provides system-to-system submission capability for most federal grant applications, including in-system, integrated budgeting capabilities.  Non-federal applications is also budgeted and recorded in the system. The Agreements module allows for efficient and collaborative contracting transactions for non-funded agreements (MTAs, DUA, CDAs, etc) as well as funded research awards and clinical trial agreements.
