Compliance

This section contains topics ranging from conflict of interest to investigational drug and device information and are intended to be addressed prior to study approval and enrollment.  These are areas very important for institutional and federal regulation compliance.

Please note, topics in budgeting and contracting should be addressed concurrently as well as all areas of compliance.  For instance, you must have the approval of all other applicable review committees prior to obtaining IRB approval, and you must have IRB approval of your protocol before the study contract/agreement can be executed.
