[Sandridge Auditorium] The session is being conducted by two members of the Presidential Search Committee that is preparing to recruit a successor to UVA President Teresa Sullivan, who will step down in the summer of 2018.

• What are the most important personal characteristics that the next president will need to have to be successful?
• In what areas do you think the next president should have experience?
