Benefits@UVA is a new, self-service tool for academic employees where you can make benefit related changes to plans such as health insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts and the tax deferred savings plan. All changes for open enrollment must be submitted using Benefits@UVa.
Time and Effort Certification is a federal requirement, promulgated though 2 CFR Part 220 (as codified from the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-21) and Section J.10 of OMB Circular A-21. Please see Effort@UVA.
UVa’s Integrated System is a “one-stop shop” where employees can view and update their pertinent HR information, such as online statements of earnings (payslips), update home address and telephone numbers, view W2s, update federal tax witholding status, and view and update direct deposit information.
Lead@UVA is the University’s integrated Human Resources system for employee performance management, career development, and compensation. Annual employee evaluations are completed through this system. More information on Lead@UVA and UVA’s performance process can be found on the Performance Management Website.
Reconciliations of all University projects and awards are required to maintain the integrity of the University’s accounting records and to protect the interests of the University. These reconciliations are essential for an effective internal control environment. Please see Recon@UVA.
